We are a Christian community committed to loving and serving Jesus and gently discovering the gifts he sends through the Holy Spirit.

Our core values of friendship, love and community help us to grow spiritually and to serve God better in Newport and the many different communities and places where we spend our time

Friendship

Members and friends of the church enjoy being part of various special events during the year including weekends away, shared meals, quizzes, walks, film nights and concerts!

By doing life together we are discovering more about the kingdom of God here on earth.

We are also discovering more about the friendship Jesus offers us and how this enriches our lives and helps us to serve others.

We love making new friends and enjoy welcoming new people.

Love

Jesus summarised lots of the biblical teaching in Mark’s Gospel when he said. ‘Love God and love your neighbour as yourself’

We are a work in progress exploring the Bible teachings and learning together to live them out in our daily lives.

We believe that “God is love and those who live in love live in God and God lives in them.”

Community

We have discovered that Jesus invites us to live in community and to serve our communities.
